About the instructor: Monica is an intuitive artist from the GTA, who's main focus is the simplicity of line work and monochromatics, to provide a subtle yet powerful base for a variety of mediums; connecting community and encouraging self-expression. Monica began her journey doing personal commissioned imagery and now has expanded her repertoire to include small business logo designs, mural work, print and has had her art featured in various online magazines. Currently her piece titled 'Wild Calling' is on display at the Legislative Assembly of Ontario for their Gathering Place Exhibit and a collection of cards are being sold at Blueberry Moon in downtown Barrie. She has a mural project in the works and is continuing forward providing workshops on the benefits of blind-contouring and mindfulness.
