Come play! This program invites you to engage with the moment and foster deeper connections to yourself & others in a supportive, playful, judgement-free dynamic. Through Improv group games & creative exercises led by a qualified Educator, folks can explore the opportunities that arise when we equip our acceptance and sense of humour! No previous experience required!

Materials: Device with internet connection. If you have any access or material needs, please let Cynella know.

About the instructor: Ashley is a member in Good Standing with The Ontario College of Teachers, and has been creating and facilitating Arts & Wellness programs for over 10 years. The founder of Y.A.Y. Improv Comedy for Wellness, Ashley works with many of Toronto’s Private Schools, CAMH, Sheena’s Place, and also in Educational Partnership with the TDSB. For a decade, Ashley taught and developed Improv Comedy programs at The Second City Training Centre, where she also headed the Kids/Teen Dept. for a few years (during which time she professionally navigated an excessive amount of poop jokes…like, really excessive). Ashley once went to 5 different grocery stores in one outing to find a specific kind of salsa because she is a woman who knows what she wants.
