Class Description: Drawing with Gentleness is a series of art-making invitations. The goal for each session is to draw, to draw a lot, to do it loosely and freely and most of all, to do it gently in a virtual community. This course is currently offered to women and non-binary folks and aims to provide a non-judgemental and supportive environment filled with invitations and prompts that can be reused and reimagined many times over. No expertise or previous drawing experience is necessary. The goal of these activities is to draw the inner critic away from us while making art together. * Please note that this course is currently being offered to women and non-binary identified folks only.

Materials: - Sketchbook & graphite pencils. Participants are also invited to bring any crayons, markers, colored pencils, and other types of drawing tools they already have to the sessions.

** Material kits consisting of a sketchbook, graphite pencils, and an eraser will be provided by WA. Please contact the Education Manager upon registration if you require a kit. **
