Class Description: Sales can be daunting, but only if we care more about closing the deal than building a relationship. By providing real value with a service mindset, getting the yes becomes a balanced art and science. This hands-on workshop takes you behind the scenes on how to generate leads and build long term, sustainable relationships.

Through role play and group discussions, you will:

Craft your signature pre-sell ritual

Learn the essentials of a conversational sales pitch, no memorizations here

Create simple systems to convert a lead from cold to warm to sold.

About the instructor: Shinjini Sur (Shin) is a mindset architect, learning designer and creator. She followed her obsession of human optimization after 6 years as a brand manager at L’Oreal and Pepsico. Her research has led her into neuroscience, biology, psychology, philosophy, and creativity. She founded The Great Kind in 2019 to help others create their Greatness. Through her workshops and playshops, she creates a fun and inclusive space to exercise our minds.
