Class Description: Easy going Improv: a low stress, fun and enjoyable workshop for all! This online course is designed for learning and pleasure, with flexibility as its core principle. Each week a different Improv foundation ( such as “Yes and”, Let it go and Look after your partner) will be explored in a care free, safe and entertaining manner. We will look to develop skills such as trust (both within the group and with a partner), listening, working and laughing together. Exercises and Games are great for beginners or those with experience as we explore the inner workings of Improv. This approach allows members to gain a greater understanding of Improv, having moments of insight into what Improv is about and how it can help each person develop both individually and within the group.
Ultimately Improv helps to access our joyful silly sides, learn to let go and live in the moment.
Materials: No materials needed.
